Shipping

We ship orders USMail and UPS Ground. Customers are responsible for checking and submitting accurate and complete shipping details. Failure to do so may result in your order being delayed, cancelled or mis-shipped. In the event that an item has been shipped to the wrong address as a result of incorrect shipping information provided at the time of an order, OWL FOOD cannot give credit or replace free of charge. If an item is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, the additional postage fee is the responsibility of the buyer. If an order has been fulfilled and shipped, any delivery errors such as delays, loss, incorrect delivery, or otherwise resulting after shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer and the third-party carrier (USMail or UPS Ground) to correct. Customers will hold harmless and indemnify OWL FOOD of any loss, compensation, reimbursement, or replacement as a result of any such delivery error.

Returns

At OWL FOOD, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. It is important to us that our customers are happy with our products. That being said, we CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS on food items. If a food product is ordered by mistake, OWL FOOD cannot give credit or replace free of charge.

We can and will replace any products that arrives damaged so long as we are notified immediately within 10 days of original order date. Please provide photos and email information to owlenergybar@gmail.com
